Refund policy

Returns

If a return request is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet this requirement may not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, NurtureNestBaby will provide the appropriate return address. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and a resolution will be communicated to you thereafter.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged and includes all accessories, manuals, and instructions. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in a clean condition. Products that are damaged, scratched, soiled, or incomplete may not qualify for a return.

All returns are subject to assessment before a final decision is made.

Courier Fees

NurtureNestBaby is not responsible for courier or return shipping fees for defective, unwanted, or damaged items reported after 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be paid into the customer’s bank account.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse. Please note that only the item price will be refunded; delivery fees are non-refundable.
